About Me

I provide psychotherapy to teenagers, adults, couples, families and children via Telehealth in California. I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (Registered AMFT #150928) with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. At Discovery Family Services, I am under the clinical supervision of G. Gabriela Pena, LMFT #112939. At Bountiful Wellness, I am supervised by Lauren Phelps, LMFT, #126573.

I believe happiness is a work ethic. I aim to help my clients develop internal resources, behavioral strategies, and a support system, which allows them to be their authentic selves, unapologetically. Hope comes from having more routes to one goal. My job is to motivate, encourage and instill hope in my clients so that they can achieve their goals.

I am a queer and non-binary clinician. I am based in San Francisco, California. I have experience working with teenagers, adults, couples, people with significant trauma histories, bipolar disorders, depression, substance use disorders, anxiety,  interpersonal conflicts and exploration of gender identity. I aim to help my clients find life satisfaction, self-worth, coping skills, the ability to identify the narratives they learned early in life and allow them to re-author their stories.

I tend to use dialectical behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, the Gottman method and several other therapeutic approaches. I support clients in challenging black and white thinking, balancing acceptance and change as well as building lives that are worth living, which means guiding them towards self-acceptance, social support and adaptive behaviors that align with their goals and values.
